With the growth of electric vehicles as a category, Mahindra Electric wanted to ensure not only that their car was adopted by the masses, but also explain to them its features in a simple, effective and beneficial manner. To enable this, we wanted to equip the brand's sales team with the right tools, which led to the creation of the pre-sales app.
The objectives of the app were twofold. The first of those was to empower the sales force with all the information they needed about the product, with the app providing them with features and specifications about the product on the go. Secondly, the app was used to provide mobile test drive signups, while also providing detailed answers to the various queries a customer may have about this new technology, all through simple videos and visual tools.
